Top SchoolThomas Wilthil is a Lead Frontend Developer in Oslo with 11 years of experience designing and building accessible, user-focused interfaces using modern JavaScript (React, Redux, Node), HTML and CSS. He combines hands-on UI craftsmanship with product experience gained as a product owner and operations manager, enabling pragmatic decisions that balance design, usability and technical constraints. At NTB he leads frontend efforts for a major news organization, following earlier senior roles at Creuna and Confirmit where he delivered large-scale web projects. Thomas’s background in interactive design and IT management gives him a rare blend of visual design sensibility and systems thinking, and his career started in creative tooling like Flash, which still informs his attention to animation and micro-interactions.
