Top SchoolTiago Crizanto is a Tech Lead and architect with over a decade of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade .NET and cloud-native systems across finance, logistics, and automotive sectors. He blends technical leadership with product instincts—founding Vaquinha Pet, a transparent crowdfunding platform for rescued animals, while driving migrations from legacy WebForms to modern stacks like ASP.NET Core and Angular in large organizations. Tiago has led teams at companies such as XP Inc., Turing (for TQL), and Patrina Corporation, introducing practices like load-testing pipelines, mutation testing, and CI/CD automation to improve quality and reliability. Comfortable across backend, frontend and DevOps, he repeatedly turns complex legacy landscapes into secure, maintainable platforms and mentors teams on agile delivery. Based in Belo Horizonte, he pairs an MBA in Software Architecture with a history of startup founding and cross-border logistics experience, giving him a pragmatic, systems-level perspective few engineers acquire.
