Senior🎓
Top SchoolTigran M is a pragmatic technology leader and hands-on engineer with a decade of professional experience and two decades spent mastering execution where strategy often stalls. He has led technical transformations across finance and media—shaping cloud-native, DevOps-driven platforms at HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Sky, and serving as CTO at PromoMii while co-founding hotelise and directing Digitalinside. Comfortable across Java, Scala, Python and modern infra (Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana), he excels at turning monoliths into resilient microservices and shipping high-performance, production-grade systems. Known for a break-it-and-fix-it mentality (and a fondness for coffee), he blends startup scrappiness with regulated-environment rigor to deliver measurable delivery improvements. With a Master’s in Informatics and Applied Mathematics, he pairs deep technical breadth with a track record of coaching teams into sustainable, automated delivery practices.
