Senior🎓
Top SchoolTim Afflerbach is a seasoned application developer with over three decades of hands-on experience delivering custom Microsoft Office 365, Access, Excel and SharePoint solutions that automate workflows, streamline ETL, and reduce human error for clients across healthcare, utilities, and manufacturing. As founder of TGA Technologies since 1994 and now a Sr. Technical Integration and Application Developer at B. Braun, he specializes in pragmatic, user-focused systems that augment ERPs and support multi-user, multi-location environments. His recent emphasis on Digital Employee Experience (DEX) highlights his ability to translate daily employee workflows into targeted toolsets and training that measurably lower frustration and boost productivity. Comfortable with legacy VBA and modern PowerApps/SharePoint stacks alike, he excels at solving problems where off-the-shelf options are cost-prohibitive or unavailable. A practical tinkerer with deep domain knowledge, Tim brings rare continuity—from building MS Access apps since version 1.1 to integrating contemporary Office 365 capabilities—backed by long-term client relationships in demanding operational settings.
