Senior🎓
Top SchoolTim Baverstock is a pragmatic toolsmith with 14+ years designing and shipping infrastructure and in-house developer tools that prioritise functionality and robustness over flash. His career spans roles at Google, Shazam and Badoo where he strengthened testing practices, maintained build systems, and dug into low-level infrastructure and JNI/C++ work. He thrives in consensus-driven teams, enabling colleagues to work more effectively by removing friction with well-crafted internal tooling. Based in England, he prefers impactful, behind-the-scenes engineering rather than consumer app store drama, and has a long history of untangling complex build/test environments dating back to his work on ClearCase and Linux ports.
