Head Of Community at WeAreDotnet
Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
Summary
🤩
RockstarTim Cadenbach is a seasoned software professional with over a decade of experience building developer-facing products and communities, currently leading Community at DeepL while co-founding Rasepi and WeAreDotnet. He blends hands-on engineering and developer advocacy—previously heading integrations and developer teams at Teamwork and serving as a Microsoft MVP—focused on open source and Adaptive Cards. Tim has a long entrepreneurial streak (owner of TCdev since 2003) and a track record of creating and growing developer communities, including MadeWithCards. Based in Bochum, Germany, he pairs practical architecture and integration experience with community strategy to help projects gain adoption. Not obvious from titles: he started as an apprentice Fachinformatiker and has steadily moved from hands-on web development to strategic community leadership. Colleagues know him as a tech nerd who turns developer enthusiasm into sustained ecosystem growth.
