Top SchoolTim Fletcher is a Lead Platform Engineer with 11+ years building and securing cloud-native platforms, now shaping infrastructure at 1KOMMA5°. He combines deep Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible expertise with pragmatic Terraform-first automation across AWS and GCP, and hands-on experience running the Elastic stack. Tim has progressed from hands-on system administration and virtualization to principal consultancy at Thoughtworks, coaching teams, delivering workshops, and guiding migrations of production FinTech and high-traffic systems to Kubernetes. He pairs an information security MSc with a practical DevOps mindset, routinely embedding security and observability into platform automation. Known for translating legacy ops into modern CI/CD and IaC workflows, he enjoys sharing knowledge through brown-bags and conference talks. A detail worth noting: his GitHub tagline — "I Terraform things and automate them for 1komma5°" — reflects a consistent focus on reproducible, policy-driven infrastructure.
