Top SchoolTim Kravchenko is a Staff Product Manager and LiveOps specialist with over a decade of experience driving monetization and engagement across AAA PC, console, and mobile games worldwide. He has designed and launched global events and campaigns that generated more than $10M, led A/B testing and personalization efforts across 400+ hypotheses, and partnered with data science on prediction-model experiments for user segmentation. Tim blends product strategy, roadmapping, and release management with hands-on tooling—initiating and shipping two corporate web tools and automating store configuration with Copilot-driven scripts to speed operations. His career spans leadership roles at Wargaming, Activision Blizzard, Xsolla, and now Unity, with notable BD integrations including Twitch Drops, Amazon Merch, Verizon, Hasbro, Sony, and Sega. Based in Austin, he pairs rigorous analytics and process-design experience (ITIL/BABOK/PMBOK) with a knack for turning partnership IP into repeatable LiveOps revenue engines. Unusually for a product leader, he maintains a software engineer mindset and has directly implemented developer-facing tools that processed tens of thousands of requests.
