Currently IT Manager at Pitch Black Group, he enables a 100+ remote-first workforce with connectivity, automation, disaster recovery and security frameworks that support Defence, Mining, Energy and Industrial projects. Previously he scaled service delivery and cybersecurity for PKCG’s AEC-focused clients, treating outsourced support as a seamless internal function tailored to each business.
