Top SchoolTim Surguchenko is a product and engineering leader based in Singapore with over two decades of experience and 13 years in senior leadership roles building cloud, virtualization and SaaS platforms. Currently Head of Product at Constructor Tech, he previously led large-scale QA and R&D operations at Acronis and guided cloud services and automation engineering through acquisitions at Odin/Ingram Micro. Tim combines deep hands-on technical roots—starting as an automated testing engineer and framework builder—with strategic product delivery, having run organizations of 100–200+ engineers and overseen complex integrations, outsourcing and SDLC processes. He has driven transformative releases, negotiated multimillion-dollar renewals through customer-facing technical leadership, and now focuses on operationalizing generative AI across engineering to boost productivity and product quality. Known for turning quality and maintenance overhead into freed engineering capacity, he blends pragmatic execution with an eye for architectural and process-level leverage.
