He has led large EU-funded innovation programs and a 17-person data team at Forum Virium Helsinki, turning Horizon proposals into operational projects that emphasize urban digital twins, real-time data platforms and geospatial infrastructure. Currently advising the Legal Register Centre and evaluating projects for the European Commission, he bridges technical architecture with program-level governance across health and municipal domains. His background spans hands-on systems work—from broadcast and networking to CRM and IoT—and he codes in R, Go, Flutter and Xojo for miscellaneous projects on GitHub.
