Senior🎓
Top SchoolTimothée Darcet is a PhD student and research engineer based in Paris building large vision models at Meta AI (FAIR) and Inria, with nine years of experience spanning research internships, ML DevOps, and satellite project leadership. He combines deep academic training from École Polytechnique and MVA with hands-on systems skills gained at Cisco and Facebook AI, shipping practical ML infrastructure and object-detection pipelines. Past roles show a rare mix of high-pressure team leadership—from leading first responders to managing a 15-person cubesat project—and technical ownership of Linux servers, data versioning, and experimental research on shape matching. Fluent in both theory and production, he bridges cutting-edge vision research and deployable ML workflows while continuing to publish and develop models within large-scale research labs.
