Top SchoolTimothy Liu is a software engineer and entrepreneur with nine years of experience building privacy-conscious, production-grade systems across finance and consumer tech. As Co-Founder and CTO based in San Francisco, he previously drove full-stack engineering within Facebook’s privacy organization and applied NLP expertise at Balyasny Asset Management to extract signal from complex data. He blends hands-on implementation with product thinking—moving from low-latency model pipelines to user-facing features—and has recent founder fellowship experience at South Park Commons. Comfortable at the intersection of engineering and finance, he prioritizes privacy-aware architectures and pragmatic tradeoffs that scale in regulated environments.
