Senior🎓
Top SchoolTimur Nurutdinov is a seasoned technology leader and Co-Founder based in London with over 15 years of hands-on engineering experience and a decade in senior leadership roles. He has repeatedly scaled engineering organizations from single digits to hundreds, driving cloud-native transformations, ML adoption, and product launches that unlocked new revenue streams and operational ROI. Hands-on in Golang, PostgreSQL and ML, he blends low-level engineering (CDNs, event-driven systems) with strategic IT initiatives like fulfillment automation and SaaS migrations. Notable outcomes include leading teams that delivered a $1M ARR mobile product, halving developer costs via a cross-platform 2D engine, and increasing deployment velocity to five releases/week while maintaining 99.95% uptime. He’s equally comfortable mentoring top-tier engineers and rolling up his sleeves to ship core infrastructure or ML integrations.
