Top SchoolTobias Jonas is a CEO and founder with 11+ years building cloud- and AI-driven products for mittelstand and enterprise clients, leading innFactory and its AI consulting spin-off to deliver GDPR-compliant CompanyGPTs, robotics/embedded AI and SaaS platforms across AWS, GCP, STACKIT and Azure. He combines hands-on software engineering and academic teaching with strategic advisory work—helping clients like Bosch with global AI strategy while training executives as KI-managers and ensuring EU AI Act readiness. Known for pragmatic, compliance-first implementations rather than buzzwords, he has scaled projects from startups to 14,000-employee organizations and continues to bridge research, law and industry through partnerships with Microsoft, Google Cloud and STACKIT. Based in Bavaria, Tobias blends technical depth (MSc with honors in Software Engineering & AI) with operator experience running multiple companies and serving on advisory boards.
