Top SchoolTobias Oberdoerfer is a penetration tester with nine years of experience, currently applying offensive security skills at InfoGuard AG and completing a Master's in Cyber Security at ETH Zurich. He blends hands-on red teaming and CTF competition (organizer and player for ETHZ's flagbot team) with practical software and electronics projects, giving him a pragmatic threat-focused mindset. Tobias has taught operating systems and formal methods at ETH, which sharpens his ability to explain low-level vulnerabilities and rigorous reasoning to diverse audiences. When not breaking into systems or building private tools, he pursues FPV drone racing and alpine hiking—activities that reflect his appetite for fast learning and controlled risk.
