Top SchoolToby Siu is an Associate AI Engineer with eight years of experience building production-grade AI systems that bridge research and real-world impact. As co-founder of HKLawyer.ai he architected a bilingual legal chatbot and a Hybrid Search RAG pipeline over 20+ years of judiciary data, driving 1K+ daily queries and an autonomous SEO content engine that produced 1M+ impressions and 50K organic clicks. He combines deep data engineering and analytics expertise—from containerized GenAI platforms and ETL/ELT on Azure Fabric to advanced Power BI/DAX—and practical systems skills in C++, Python, and full‑stack JavaScript. Toby also has hands-on low-level reverse-engineering experience, having built a commercial game enhancement product with custom license management and secure injection frameworks.
