Top SchoolTodd Medema is a product and engineering leader with 12 years of experience building ML-driven B2B SaaS and developer tools, currently heading product at Loancrate after scaling Tesla’s grid-scale energy storage quoting platform to $10B/year. He combines hands-on software engineering (from Autoref and Parsec startups to Uber and Palantir-era work) with product strategy, having led teams that delivered cloud tools saving organizations hundreds of millions annually. Todd is deeply focused on accelerating clean energy adoption through pragmatic ML optimization and tooling, and he’s launched multi-agent IDE efforts (OpenSprint.ai) that embed product best practices. Comfortable across startups and Fortune 500s, he’s a remote-work practitioner who designs processes and digital artifacts to maximize global collaboration. An inventor and founder, he also builds games and simulations that connect market dynamics to user engagement, reflecting a rare mix of systems thinking and product creativity.
