Top SchoolTodd Sifleet is an experienced software and systems engineer with 13 years building production-grade platforms and teams, now leading Smartfast Labs, a boutique LLM-centric consultancy in Austin. He co-founded and served as CTO of LitLingo, where he designed an NLP platform and rules engine that helped grow the business to ~$1M ARR while raising institutional funding. Prior roles at Uber ATG saw him lead multiple technical teams across mapping, robot operations, and automation, bringing together mechanical-engineering training with hands-on software architecture. He specializes in building on top of Claude and ChatGPT and translating LLM capabilities into practical products and integrations for clients who feel “lost” in the space. His background—MS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and early mechanical roles—gives him a systems-oriented perspective that helps bridge hardware-influenced thinking with modern AI software.
