Senior🎓
Top SchoolTom Brew is a hands-on digital leader with eight years of focused experience building and optimising web products, marketing automation and paid acquisition strategies from the Isle of Man. Currently Senior Digital Manager at The Earthshot Prize, he owns website development, SEO, email marketing and analytics while coordinating agencies and internal design to drive measurable impact. He previously led product and performance marketing teams across sports analytics, betting and trading products, launching high-growth consumer experiences and managing end-to-end product development. A practical strategist who still writes copy and sets up tracking himself, Tom pairs technical fluency with creative instincts—plus an MSc in eBusiness & Innovation and a long-standing habit of running a boutique consultancy for passion projects. Unusually for a digital leader, his GitHub bio hints at a light-hearted personal side: he’s also fond of cheese.
