Tom Davidson
Summary
👤
SeniorTom Davidson is a hands-on technical co-founder and systems-minded engineer with over a decade of experience delivering cloud-native, resilient platforms across FinTech, MarTech, LegalTech, higher education, and public service. He blends Lean software development, domain-driven design, and systems engineering to eliminate operational debt—turning weekly firefighting into near-zero-defect automated pipelines and sustaining 99.99% uptime with PCI-DSS compliance. Tom has designed multi-tenant SaaS architectures using Kubernetes, vcluster, and Crossplane, led SRE and DevOps transformations, and played a key technical role in raising a $14M Series A. Unusually, his background includes patented work tying customer participation directly into manufacturing processes and early career construction project management, giving him a practical systems perspective that spans physical and digital workflows. Now open to hands-on engineering roles, he seeks hard architectural problems where he can stay close to the code while shaping high-performing teams.
