Senior🎓
Top SchoolTom Friederich is an Android-focused applicatieontwikkelaar with eight years of practical experience, currently responsible for Aura's Android app and studying Computer Science at TU Delft. He discovered his passion for software at 15 when he built DartBee Darts Scoreboard, a project that grew into a paid app with over 100,000 downloads and ongoing improvements. Comfortable across both technical architecture and user interface design, he enjoys taking initiative and iterating on products with others. He’s also built a shared finance app for a student house and maintains personal projects on GitHub (Tom0334), demonstrating a habit of shipping real-world apps alongside professional work. Based in Delft, he blends academic learning with hands-on development at Q42/Aura and earlier engineering roles, making him adept at shipping Android features end-to-end. Notably, his long-term stewardship of a consumer app from hobby project to commercial release highlights a rare mix of product-minded thinking and sustained engineering ownership.
