Summary
👤
SeniorTom Morgan is a Lead Service Designer with over 15 years crafting web and mobile services that are useful, usable and a pleasure to use. Based in Leeds, he blends deep interaction design and front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with service design leadership across high‑stakes public sector programmes including NHS Test & Trace, UKHSA, DWP and the Met Office. He has a track record of translating complex policy and epidemiology into user-centred journeys, building service catalogues and UCD frameworks that shift organisations toward a service-first mindset. Comfortable shipping production-ready prototypes himself, Tom started as a front-end developer and continues to bridge design and implementation. Known for mentoring and growing small design teams in challenging environments, he brings pragmatic craft and systems thinking to large digital transformations.
