Senior🎓
Top SchoolTom Raganowicz is a founder and seasoned engineering leader with over a decade of hands-on experience building resilient, scalable backend systems and cloud-native infrastructure. He led platform modernization efforts—migrating legacy stacks to Kubernetes, introducing CI/CD and automated testing, and cutting rebuild times from weeks to hours—while driving security and ISO27001-aligned disaster recovery. As founder of S3Drive he created a privacy-focused, S3/Rclone-compatible lightweight Dropbox alternative supporting 70+ storage providers, demonstrating an entrepreneurial bent for interoperable tooling. Tom combines deep PHP/MySQL and AWS operational expertise with a knack for simplifying complex systems and reducing costs, and he’s equally comfortable architecting APIs or debugging performance hotspots down to sub-10ms. Notably, his pragmatic curiosity and tendency to question assumptions repeatedly turn fragile, expensive architectures into self-healing, auditable platforms.
