Top SchoolTom Werner is a Senior Content Program Manager and longtime Microsoft technical communicator who helps businesses adopt Microsoft 365 through engaging video, training, and in-product text. With over 25 years in technical writing, e-learning, and support, he blends product-facing documentation, customer research, and media production to make cloud and AI transitions simpler for business admins. He led shifts from traditional docs to social, video, and consultative help models for the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, driving higher adoption and clearer UI guidance. Tom’s background spans enterprise content strategy, automation of documentation workflows, and hands-on video production—an uncommon mix that lets him translate complex admin scenarios into concise, actionable training. Based in Issaquah, WA, he pairs a BS in Communications with deep Microsoft product experience to influence product, PM, and UX decisions.
