Top SchoolTomas Frastia is an Identity and Access Management consultant and full-stack engineer with 12 years’ experience delivering middleware and backend-focused solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments in the EMEA region. He combines deep Java/EE and IAM expertise with hands-on work in C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL and Dev(Sec)Ops practices, often taking roles spanning architecture, performance tuning, and production support. Tomas has driven complex migrations and high-data workload projects—most recently migrating Oracle Identity Governance for a federal agency and building real-time aerospace data processing systems at Honeywell. Comfortable from APIs and microservices to messaging and integration platforms, he also contributes to project planning and team coaching to turn intricate requirements into reliable, auditable systems. A pragmatic problem-solver, he brings rare cross-domain experience bridging legacy enterprise middleware (Exadata, Oracle FMW) with modern cloud and MFA approaches.
