Senior🎓
Top SchoolTomasz Kuklis is a seasoned software engineer and co-founder with 14 years of industry experience and over nine years building full-stack web and mobile products. He bootstrapped and operates Literaki, a social mobile word game serving 100k active players, owning its Node.js/Redis/Mongo back end, React front end, and bare-metal Linux/AWS infrastructure. Comfortable across JavaScript frameworks, Ruby on Rails, Flutter and DevOps, he frequently leads projects end-to-end—from ideation through deployment—and has delivered solutions in FinTech, BI, logistics, museums and privacy-focused analytics. As a hands-on team leader and contractor he combines pragmatic engineering, thorough code review and on-call “firefighting” with recruitment and onboarding responsibilities. Trained in mechatronics and computer science across Polish and Portuguese universities, he pairs cross-disciplinary technical curiosity with an entrepreneurial, can-do mindset.
