Top SchoolTomasz Linkowski is a Senior Software Engineer with nearly a decade of hands-on experience building and delivering Java and Kotlin-based REST microservices to cloud environments, currently driving backend work at Allegro. He combines deep technical craft—Spring Boot, AWS, NoSQL/SQL, CI/CD and testing practices—with a strong focus on maintainability and business impact, advocating Clean Code, Architecture Decision Records and data‑driven MVPs. A proven technical lead, mentor and recruiter, he has shipped production systems at Ocado Technology and led projects earlier in his career, balancing hands-on development with people and process improvements. Tomasz is comfortable across the JVM toolchain and modern infrastructure (ECS, DynamoDB, BigQuery) and brings rigor in testing (contract, load, unit) and design practices (DDD, TDD, event storming). Fluent in English and noted for constructive feedback, he pairs interpersonal strengths with technical delivery—his portfolio highlights practical proofs of concept that prioritize profitability and maintainability. Outside work he explores fiction, psychology and martial arts, reflecting a curious, disciplined approach to problem solving.
