Top SchoolTomasz Ścisło is a Senior UI Developer and founder with 13+ years crafting complex web, mobile and SmartTV applications, currently shaping the React-based Platform team at Standard Chartered. He blends hands-on frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, Angular) with product-minded UX design, having led cross-functional teams at Goldman Sachs, Samsung and large banks. As founder of MobileNext he builds advanced hybrid and native mobile apps, VoD SmartTV experiences and browser plugins, demonstrating entrepreneurial delivery alongside enterprise-grade work. Tomasz has significant experience with monorepos, microfrontends and realtime UIs (OpenFin, SignalR) and occasionally implements backend services in Node.js. He’s equally comfortable defining frontend architecture and standards as he is shipping polished user interfaces, and his career shows a pattern of moving between technical leadership and deep implementation. Based in Warsaw, he pairs academic grounding in engineering with a practical track record of turning UX-focused ideas into resilient production systems.
