Senior🎓
Top SchoolTommy Qu is a founding software engineer and startup builder with 11 years of hands-on experience turning scrappy ideas into shipped products, most recently founding Hadrius and co-founding Spaceify (acquired). He blends full-stack engineering and AI work—contracting as an AI engineer for a YC startup and contributing across research and product roles at UVA—while thriving in fast-paced, experimental environments. Academic rigor in finance, mathematics, and computer science (UVA McIntire, 3.94 GPA) informs his pragmatic, metrics-driven approach to building performant systems. Known for a “need for speed” mindset, he enjoys pushing technical limits and learning rapidly, often tackling projects that sit at the intersection of research and product.
