Top SchoolTommy Reins is a software leader and founder with 8 years of experience building products and teams that bridge cloud platforms and manufacturing. As Managing Director and Co‑Founder of Expedition Nimrod, he builds modern software solutions for manufacturers while remaining hands‑on writing code and scaling complex products. Previously at Microsoft he drove Windows container and Azure Edge initiatives that unlocked large customer migrations and multimillion‑dollar savings, and led O365 efforts that streamlined validation pipelines and boosted developer productivity. He combines entrepreneurial grit from earlier drone and startup work with deep systems experience across containers, OS runtime, and cloud services. Based in the Quad Cities, he’s as comfortable hiring and shaping teams as he is designing technical solutions that reduce cost and operational friction.
