Previously Head of Technical Consultancy and Product Manager at Inviqa, and Innovation Director at Pinnacle, he blends engineering-led problem solving with coaching techniques to help individuals and teams perform sustainably. He designs practical, evidence-based approaches to recognise, prevent and recover from mental health injury, shifting people from surviving to thriving.
