Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolTore Andersen is a senior software developer and co-owner with 11+ years of recent experience building cloud-native integration platforms and web applications from Trondheim, Norway. He combines hands-on implementation (Quarkus/Java, React, Azure) with architectural design—most recently shaping an Azure-based integration platform for power grid control systems. His background spans long-term public sector projects (NVDB APIs for the Norwegian Road Authorities) to financial systems and enterprise integrations, with deep experience in REST, messaging and service bus technologies. Tore pairs craftsmanship and strict coding standards with practical leadership: he has been a development manager, scrum master and co-owner who established company-wide coding standards and shared libraries. Not obvious from the headline, he started in low-level C/C++ and hardware-near development and has repeatedly led large refactorings and migrations, giving him a rare blend of systems-level understanding and modern cloud architecture.
