Senior🎓
Top SchoolTristan Kildaire is a software developer with 11 years of experience specializing in low-level systems, compilers, interpreters, and networking protocols. Currently leading architecture and development of a head-end system at iPay, he designs hardware abstraction layers, device drivers (DLMS, DLT645) and an extensible task scheduler with a pluggable queue policy framework. He combines hands-on kernel- and runtime-level curiosity—having read language runtimes and implemented small languages and Forth experiments—with practical networking work building routed, tunneled test networks and custom protocols. A former teaching assistant for networking and compilers at Stellenbosch University, Tristan pairs academic depth (Honours in Computer Science) with production-grade engineering and a knack for demystifying complex systems for others.
