Top SchoolTruls Jørgensen is a seasoned software leader and principal engineer with a decade of experience building resilient, adaptable systems and shaping technical direction for autonomous product teams. He balances hands-on engineering with organisational design, deliberately splitting his time between writing software and creating teams that can evolve over time. Based in Oslo, he rose through engineering and consulting roles at Capgemini and Miles before leading architecture and delivery at NAV and now serving as Director at EY. Truls holds an MSc in Software and Database Architecture from NTNU and brings uncommon cross-disciplinary insight from studies in psychology and project management that inform his people-centered approach to technical leadership. Known for crafting pragmatic technical strategies, he focuses on long-term adaptability rather than short-term fixes.
