Top SchoolTu Chu is a product-focused engineering leader and Chief Product Officer with 12 years of experience building web platforms, scaling e-commerce products, and driving large-scale Agile transformations across industries including e-commerce, prop-tech, insure-tech and digital transformation. As a co-founder of Upatra he helped ship three Shopify apps used by 15,000+ merchants daily, and as CTO and Head of Engineering he has combined hands-on full‑stack development with coaching to grow junior developers into technical leaders. He brings a practical obsession with efficiency, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement—testing new tools and practices personally before scaling them across teams. At McKinsey he translated Agile principles into measurable business outcomes (e.g., 0% to 60% digital claims adoption in six months), and today blends product strategy with engineering execution at Oraichain Labs and other ventures. Based in Hanoi, he pairs an entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for turning messy real-world problems into repeatable, team-driven solutions.
