Top SchoolTumuhirwe Iden is a Senior Software Engineer and fintech CTO with six years of experience building scalable web and mobile systems across Python, JavaScript, Java, and PHP. He architects data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS—having turned multi-day manual cost reporting into real-time analytics with automated ETL, Hive-style partitioning, and sub-200ms APIs while slashing costs and maintaining 99.9% reliability. He’s delivered end-to-end products from Django/React dashboards to Flutter mobile apps that streamline finance and HR workflows, and he mentors teams to ship user-centric, secure solutions. Based in Kampala, he combines hands-on engineering with product leadership at a startup reshaping on-demand pay in Africa, and he’s driven measurable operational impact that’s not obvious from a résumé line alone: a 95% cache hit rate and dramatically reduced query costs.
