Top SchoolTuyến Đức is a seasoned software engineer with 11+ years of hands-on experience building Microsoft-stack web backends, modern front-ends, and cross-platform mobile apps. He founded NAXAM to deliver outsourcing solutions to Western clients and has repeatedly led teams and trained engineers in Xamarin and ASP.NET across multiple roles at FPT and consulting firms. Comfortable across .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, EF, MS SQL, Bootstrap, AngularJS and native mobile (Android/iOS) as well as Xamarin, he blends full-stack execution with client-facing business development. Known for a disciplined, detail-oriented approach, he favors continuous learning and practical experimentation—often exploring newer stacks like Swift, Kotlin, React Native and Flutter alongside his .NET expertise. Based in Hanoi, he brings a rare mix of technical depth, mentorship experience and entrepreneurial drive that accelerates delivery for international customers.
