Senior🎓
Top SchoolTyler Schmidt is a product engineering leader with 11 years of UX and product design experience, now serving as VP Product Engineering at Marco’s Pizza overseeing customer-facing digital surfaces. He blends hands-on design sensibility from senior UX roles at Adobe, Ubisoft and top agencies with startup grit—cofounding Strangelove Crypto and scaling its team and revenue. Tyler is skilled at translating complex user data into accessible, production-ready components and design systems, having shipped accessible web components and driven buy-flow optimizations. Based in the Bay Area, he pairs a Johns Hopkins background in economics and philosophy with an MS in UX design, enabling a strategic, user-first approach to product decisions. Less obvious: he has repeatedly operated as the “UX fixer” for high-stakes brand work, thriving where design, engineering, and business constraints collide.
