Top SchoolTyson Koger is a Senior Client Solution Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and delivering resilient integration and monitoring solutions across networking, IVR, and cloud-native platforms. He combines deep MuleSoft/Anypoint expertise with a systems-first background in server administration, DevOps, and advanced troubleshooting to translate business needs into reliable APIs and operational tooling. At Sparklight he helped support 2,000+ employees and ~1M customers by building IVR self-service features and centralized monitoring, and more recently led client solutions at Apisero before joining MuleSoft. His toolkit spans Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, Java/C#/Python, SQL, Jenkins/Azure pipelines and telecom platforms like Avaya AAOD—enabling end-to-end delivery from design to runtime management.
