Top SchoolUche Nnadi is an engineering leader and entrepreneur with 11 years of hands-on experience building products, teams, and learning ecosystems across fintech and edtech. As Co-Founder & CTO at PayHippo he led a 15-person cross-functional team to deliver a lending platform that disbursed over $60M and scaled to $3.3M in monthly transactions, while cutting banking overheads by half through strategic partner negotiations. He currently serves as Executive Director at Enye, designing engineering curricula for multiple cohorts, driving partner sponsorships and creating pathways that enabled 70+ engineering hires. Uche blends full‑stack technical chops (Node.js, React, microservices, data platforms) with program design and community building—organizing hackathons that engaged 200+ engineers and fundraising events that converted goodwill into resources. Fluent in both startup execution and educational program delivery, he has a track record of turning technical complexity into operational processes that uplift underrepresented talent. Based in San Francisco with international academic experience in France and Portugal, he quietly specializes in bridging opportunity gaps between talent and funding.
