Top SchoolUnai Arríen is a Site Reliability Engineer Lead with 11 years of experience building and operating resilient, high-scale distributed platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments. He specializes in Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code and observability, having led global SaaS reliability and platform automation efforts that serve millions of endpoints. Known for turning production incidents into durable improvements, he drives SRE best practices—SLOs, error budgets, incident postmortems—and mentors engineering teams to reduce operational toil. His background spans early container orchestration (Mesos) to modern cloud-native stacks on AWS, Azure and GCP, and includes active contributions to the Kubernetes ecosystem such as Kubespray. Based in the Madrid metro area, Unai combines hands-on engineering with platform architecture and a knack for making reliability a built‑in feature rather than an afterthought.
