Top SchoolVadim Voitenko is a backend and database engineer with about three years of focused experience building resilient, high-performance systems and founding the open-source data-obfuscation project Greenmask.io. He specializes in Go and PostgreSQL, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD, Temporal, Kafka and production automation to optimize delivery and cost-efficiency. His background includes stabilizing multi-terabyte clusters, decomposing monoliths into scalable services, and cutting DB operational overhead through archiving, replication and centralized tooling. At Exness and prior roles he consistently delivered measurable gains—faster deployments, lower costs, and significant query and throughput improvements. Vadim combines an operator’s attention to reliability with entrepreneurial product instincts, making data security and practical observability first-class citizens of the systems he builds.
