Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolValentyn Klindukh is a Principal DevOps Engineer with 11+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructures, currently leading build and CI/CD platform work at Motional. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) who has migrated complex on-prem systems to AWS, architected container and serverless solutions, and optimized high-throughput Bazel-driven C++/Python build and test pipelines. Valentyn combines deep networking roots (ISP and metro network design) with modern DevOps—bringing low-level operational rigor to cloud-native architectures, distributed caching, and dynamic infra scaling. He has repeatedly led cross-functional teams to productionize mission-critical systems, from IoT streaming and Big Data stacks to performance-tuned CI farms. Based in Boston, he pairs a research-oriented technical education in radiophysics with practical experience automating deployments, monitoring, and recovery for large-scale services. An underrated strength is his ability to fine-tune each infrastructure component for throughput and observability, not just to assemble cloud services.
