Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolVandan Rohatgi is a software engineer with 7 years of hands-on experience specializing in cloud and application security, Kubernetes hardening, and automation. He has implemented end-to-end security controls at scale—from distroless images, least-privilege RBAC, and network policies to cloud IAM, secret management, and WAF rules—while collaborating closely with SRE and dev teams. Comfortable coding in Python and Go, Vandan builds production services, SOAR integrations, and pentesting tools (including MITM websocket proxies) and has operational experience as an on-call service owner. He has driven measurable impact such as finding 100+ hard-coded secrets, automating alert validation and migrations, and cutting tooling costs through technical POCs and negotiation. Based in Bengaluru, he pairs practical cloud-native engineering with offensive security insight, and his OWASP/ModSecurity open-source work demonstrates a commitment to improving defensive tooling beyond his day job.
