Vander Dias
Senior Software Developer (C Specialist) at IMERSIVA
Brazil
Summary
👤
SeniorVander Dias is a Senior Software Developer from Brazil with 11 years of experience building cross-platform systems that blend virtual reality, robotics, AI, embedded hardware and blockchain. He has led R&D efforts at IMERSIVA and HOLOGATE, shipping Unreal and Unity VR simulators, networked real-time ray-tracing for the web, and embedded ESP32/Raspberry Pi robotics prototypes. A self-taught C/C++ practitioner fluent in Rust, Typescript and Solidity, he bridges low-level performance work (real-time graphics, TCP/UDP networking) with higher-level cloud and WebXR integrations. Vander’s strength is turning experimental research into production-ready hardware/software products, often combining microcontroller firmware with sophisticated graphics and networking stacks. He stays hands-on across the stack—engine, renderer, firmware and smart contracts—so he can prototype end-to-end systems and iterate rapidly.
