Top SchoolVarun Nair is a seasoned technology leader and founder with over a decade building products, teams, and companies across the UK, US and India. As Co-Founder and CTO of That Works and Weavable he now focuses on AI-powered workspaces and tooling that plug real work context into enterprise AI stacks. Previously he co-founded Two Big Ears—driving immersive audio for VR/AR—and scaled and led AR/VR audio engineering at Facebook after the acquisition. Varun combines deep audio and spatial-media expertise with product-stage to-scale execution, having grown central platform teams and shipped SDKs, OS services and tooling used across large consumer products. He mentors founders and sits on the University of Edinburgh venture committee, blending operator experience with active angel investing. An early career in sound design and lecturing gives him a rare mix of creative craft and rigorous engineering.
