Summary
🤩
RockstarVeronica Luke is a Full Stack Engineer based in Sydney with 14 years of experience building production web and backend systems across startups and established tech teams. She has held senior and founding backend roles at companies like Human and Sendle and now contributes to HEO, combining hands-on engineering with product-focused delivery. Her background spans firmware and embedded work early on at Cochlear to full-stack and technical leadership roles at OpenLearning and Expert360, giving her a rare end-to-end technical perspective. Known for craftsmanship (playfully titled roles like Konzertmeister/Kapellmeister hint at a focus on technique and team orchestration), she balances code quality, architecture and pragmatic delivery. Veronica’s career shows a pattern of joining growth-stage organisations where she helps scale systems and processes while mentoring engineers. Based in Australia, she brings both deep technical experience and a collaborative, craft-oriented approach to building reliable software.
