Top SchoolVespe Savikko is an independent software contractor and seasoned engineering manager with over a decade of international experience building and leading R&D teams across Finland and China. He blends hands-on development (C++, Qt, Python, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Lua) with pragmatic project and product management, favoring best practices and architectural clarity over rigid processes. Known for open communication, fairness and good-natured humour, he scales large programs by empowering small creative teams and managing their interfaces. His background spans academia, research labs and industry, including running a 150-person subsidiary and ramping up engineering organizations from scratch. Equally comfortable coding and coaching, he brings a research-minded curiosity—grounded in degrees in software engineering and technical mathematics—to practical, delivery-focused solutions.
