Top SchoolVickler Charles is a pragmatic software engineer and founder with eight years of experience building customer-facing products and leading engineering teams. As Co-Founder & CTO at Vibe3 and formerly Lead Full-Stack Engineer at emote Care, he has shipped scalable, containerized microservices and real-time video/chat platforms with AI-driven matching and booking flows. He brings full-stack fluency—from React frontends to Kubernetes deployments on AWS—and has established development processes for remote teams to consistently deliver during high-growth launches. Prior roles in Web3 remittances and early-stage MVP builds show a knack for fast iteration across novel stacks and constrained timelines. Based in Stony Stratford, he combines product sensibility with hands-on execution and a track record of turning complex mental-health and payments requirements into reliable, production-ready systems.
